Rwanda has experienced strong economic growth over the decade owing to Government’s liberalization of the economy, implementation of important structural and macro-economic reforms and creation of conducive business environment for attraction of both domestic and foreign investments.
This has resulted in an ever increasing demand for infrastructure, goods and services. The demand for commercial property is high and Kigali still lacks modern buildings and offices to accommodate the increasing number of businesses.
There is a law in making that will require all business entities to carry out business or have offices in commercial buildings to stop the current trend of using residential houses as business premises. The law will compel all business entities to use commercial buildings as their offices.

It’s a shopping centre in Kigali. The building houses a large supermarket and several internationally known stores including international clothing and footwear brands.

Located on African Union Boulevard, Kigali, Rwanda. The demand of shopping malls will for sure attract more investments in shopping malls and we therefore expect to see more shopping malls coming up in the near future.
